SRFs define the vision and strategy required to unlock the economic potential of specific areas and address the key issues affecting neighbourhoods and their residents.
SRFs are underpinned by local plans that bring together the physical requirements of a neighbourhood along with actions to address social, economic and environmental issues. Local plans ensure that all public sector service providers improve quality and integrate long-term capital investment decisions at a neighbourhood level.
